That's got me trying to reorganize my Christmas plans

 

Yeah tbh I don’t think it was super smart of them to have the show on Christmas Eve’s Eve because lots of people will be traveling then but I’ll hopefully be there

 

Less people means more social distancing I’m about it

 

Merry christmas to me! Going to the 7th street show for sure.

 

I really want to see them in a few days but with COVID cases spiking/the variant and it being right before Christmas, I don't think it's a good idea. I really wish they would postpone until after the holidays.

 

I can't go and Rat Tally is playing full band finally so getting postponed would be great IMO

 

Retirement Party had to drop because Avery tested positive so they should postpone to a date where all 3 bands can play.

 

I tweeted at the band to see if it is postponed. Empty Bottle just closed until a few days before the end of the year so I would love if Thalia did the same so I can attend the show at a later date.

 

They sent me a message yesterday after I tweeted to them asking about the show saying there’s a possibility it gets postponed but nothing confirmed. I’m surprised the show is still on since seemingly every other venue/band is cancelling shows at least until the end of the year.

They said this would be their last show until the summer and I don’t want to wait until then to have to see them again, but I can’t risk going when so many folks are testing positive and risking infecting family members.

 

@incognitojones they postponed the show until next year so see you there (assuming we’re in a better situation than now)

Threw this record on tonight and I just have to reiterate how great it is. I know they have a new record out next year which should be great. It forever sucks that this came out right before COVID hit but luckily next album won’t have any major roadblocks like that.
