I have so many random music facts and lore that lives in my head for no reason.

For example:

The guitarist of nodes of ranvier plays in the spill canvas

The singer of Haste The Day wears a Forever Changed shirt in their video for “when everything falls”

Johnathan Ford of Unwed Sailor plays bass on “It’s hard to find a friend” by Pedro the lion

So many more, but if you are like me and can’t remember to wash dishes but know that someone in fleet foxes played in Pedro the lion, this is the thread for you.

 

Josh Tillman (Father John Misty) plays drums on a few tracks on Demon Hunters self titled debut album

 

Dave Navarro and Flea both play on You Oughta Know and Taylor Hawkins got his start drumming for Alanis

Ariel Rechstaid produced Hey There Delilah

Tim from Sugarcult produced all the Neon Trees hits

 

Kevin Shields likes Frank Ocean or Kendrick Lamar, can't remember which

 

Aaron Sprinkle played all the instruments on Acceptance’s “Phantoms”. Acceptance wrote it, but they weren’t good enough players to make it sound as clean as it needed to be for a major label release, so Aaron did it.
