Waiting for an announcement for a European tour!

 

Me too. I’m not getting my hopes up, though!

 

Listened to them a lot today, and the sounds they can make are so unique. Obviously Tom's a genius, but Tim and Brad have such good sound, punch, etc to them. I'm so jacked these guys are back.

Fuck yes! They have to schedule some east coast dates - I just looked and it’s damn near impossible to get from Boston to El Paso.

EDIT: ohh, there’s a Phoenix date...

 

I'm pretty sure they're gonna do a full tour. It's just too lucrative at this point. No reason to leave that kind of money on the table.

But still, whatever tour they (hopefully) put together next year, it will print money for them

 

I’m surprised there isn’t more hype around this reunion. This is massive.

 

I thought it was probably a fake. That poster is faaaaaaaaaaaaaaar too on the nose for them.

 

Officially confirmed for Coachella but there haven't been any updates on tickets/venues for the other shows

 

some of those that work forces are indeed the ones who burn crosses

 

Their first show back, that crowd will go OFF

 

I'm expecting lively crowds at all the shows.

 

Wonder if they could get enough attendance to do an AT&T stadium show in Dallas close to the election

 

That Friday lineup is pretty good with Rage. King Gizzard, Run The Jewels, PUP, Code Orange.

 

I'll be ecstatic if they play anywhere near Dallas. AT&T stadium is pretty big but I think they could do it if they had a second big opener with them.

 

I'm in Austin, El Paso isn't so far ;)

I've made the Austin -> El Paso drive once, never again lol, if I'm catching any of these shows in TX, NM, or AZ I'll be flying.

 

Hahaha for sure! I did LA to Austin in April and I don't plan on doing that again either lol

 

I'm just gonna keep holding out hope that they'll eventually play within a reasonable driving distance.

Unfortunately if I had to travel to see them, it'd probably be solo since all my friends are either too irresponsible financially and wouldn't be able to get off work and/or afford a trip, or they're too responsible and won't take off work and leave their kids to go see a show across the country.
