It seems like they have loads of songs that get played live that make albums years or decades later. It still blows my mind that True Love Waits made the last record.

 

exactly, but listening to this.. this would need to be on a pretty DIFFERENT radiohead record which I would be down with anyway

 

It's wild how many great 1-off tracks they have

if it were recorded in this form, yeah, but their songs change so drastically that i feel this could easily show up again in any style. like true love waits, talk show host, morning mr magpie to name a few

 

Finally seeing Radiohead for the first time next month and have been diving into the parts of the catalog I'm not as familiar with (I'm most well-versed in Kid A, OK Computer, In Rainbows and A Moon Shaped Pool). And all I gotta say is...damn, 2 + 2 = 5 probably rips live and I am excited.

Me too - I can't wait to see what they have for the MSG shows. I'll definitely snag some merch. Are you going to any of the shows on this run?

 

There’s no shows around me or I would. Pretty bummed. If you are able to get an extra poster at one (or any) of those shows you go to, I would love to have one. When are your shows?

 

I'll be at the first 3 MSG shows (can't make the 4th but I do have tickets) and the 2 Boston shows

I got GA for the first show so not sure if I'm going to prioritize getting a great spot in front of the stage of getting merch night 1. May do that night 2 when I have seats. I can potentially snag something for you night 2

 

This setlist is amazing so far. They sound incredible
