Thom doesn't seem like the type to do a full album tour , I'd love to be wrong and that would be a nice first Radiohead show for me
I think it's going to be a bunch of unreleased songs. Plus maybe a few tour dates playing ok, computer in full.
If they were to do a tour (which I still sorta feel won't happen), it will probably only be like 10 shows tops
Hoping for NYC for you, but if there isn't one (and there is an ATL date), I'd love for you to fly back down South ha. What a great time.
I know that a Michigan date is probably unlikely, so I guess I'll just hope for Chicago and make the trip there.
I was actually thinking the same thing! NYC would be closest for me, then. I hate going to NYC, but would probably make an exception for this.
Was there ever a "deluxe" edition of Ok Computer? I think there was one for The Bends that collected all the B-Sides from that record but don't recall seeing one for Ok Computer.
There was definitely a "collector's edition". I'm wondering what other material they could have to release that hasn't already been released in some form already. I'm excited for whatever it is though.
I would not be surprised if this ends up just being a vinyl re-release or something, but a tour would be very welcomed. OK Computer is my favorite Radiohead album so seeing that in full would be breathtaking.
It looks like the 2xLP 45RPM version of the album is still readily available. I couldn't imagine them getting it to sound much better than the existing 45RPM master. Maybe they'd throw in some Blu-ray with all the music videos and a live show?
Yea any sort of box set. Could be unreleased songs, live shows, live versions of songs. I don't know I'm just still remembering the time when My Chemical Romance released a video for the 10th anniversary of Black Parade and then all it ended up being was the vinyl re-release. I'm just trying to manage my expectations haha
I don't think it would just be unreleased music from that era though. That video I believe revealed the first track "REM"
I like Radiohead a lot, but don't know enough about the deeper intricacies of their history as to speculate what REM could refer to besides an unreleased song title?
