Hahahaha apparently my phone case comes apart and they were in there and I already reported it lost lmaooooooo
I realized i "lost" it literally right before I went thru security and they took my ticket I didn't know was real or not so I totally didn't give myself a moment to pause and think clearly haha. Today is a rollercoaster of emotion cause I went in with the expectation I wouldn't get in and now I'm like wtf!
Really happy that you made it! I hope you enjoy the show. Sets have been ridiculous so I'm sure you're in for a wild ride! Where are your seats?
We're in the back in like the 300 section but like the front of the back right by the balcony and I can see perfectly so it's all good!! When I see Thursday on Friday I know I'm not gonna be able to see a thing so I appreciate the view lol Also it's weird to say Thursday on Friday
I lost my wallet once in college. Got everything replaced. Annoying but whatever. Then at the end of the year, it fell out of the couch (one where like everything reclined so the infrastructure made it hard to reach into/under it) when roommates and I were moving out. Much more annoying (and funny tbf)
Yay, I'm glad you got in! I heard we released a bunch of tickets at the box office in the early afternoon, but I wasn't working it. I'll also be at Thursday on Friday haha
Amazing! My friend with me was kinda obnoxious and kept trying to talk to me/show me random things in the crowd I didn't care about (she only knows like 3 Radiohead songs lol) but the show itself was amazing! I'm a massive fan of Jonny so I just geeked out watching him the entire time. I hadn't looked at any setlists beforehand so I was surprised they played Creep at all, let alone closed with it
I can't wait to watch the live stream tomorrow!! It's the only thing getting me through the Easter weekend
show at the Greek last night was incredible. 2 encores and a perfect mix of the album Moon shaped pool tracks are so good live. Yorke and Greenwood were locked and the guitar mix really let the more subdued songs shine. Numbers was stupid good
dove into the non album tracks and b-sides tonight. Theres some GREAT gems. The OKC b-sides in particular are really wonderful.
Yeah theyre tucked away in the EPs and singles. Theyre really quite fantastic though. The Bends and TKOL also have some really good b-sides.
Haha I'm so jealous. Have a great time. Unbelievable show every time. I can't wait to check the setlist after
OKC bsides are tucked away on what? The Paranoid Android EP? KOL were just those random individually released tracks right? Like Staircase and Daily Mail and stuff like that? Just curious if I missed anything there
the Airbag/How Am I Driving? Ep and some of the singles had b-sides to them as well like Karma Police. Yah I think those are all the KOL b-sides
The Bends has like nearly two albums worth of b-sides in addition to its normal tracklist. The band mustve been very busy during that time.
The Daily Mail, Staircase, The Butcher, Supercollider and even though it was released long before I count These Are My Twisted Words
Same - I started listening to them way later than I should have but this band is just outright amazing. I've been on such a Radiohead kick the last few months and keep finding more and more gems. Go Slowly literally melted my mind last week Like Spinning Plates I've never been a big fan of. Heard the live version (which is piano based) and again - mind melted I hope these guys keep putting out more records and touring for a long time
