I'm so ready. I have no idea what to even expect for these shows. Curious if they open with the same 5 they did last year to support AMSP
Saw them at OSL last year and I'll be seeing them at Coachella this year. I think I'm going to try avoiding the setlist.
I always tell myself ill avoid setlists and never do. At least im going to the first show of this tour
Likely all of them. They did NYC and LA last year and now coming back around to hit some other cities. I wouldn't expect many more dates which is why I'm flying from NYC to ATL to check them out lol
Really? I'm trying to think which of their albums I like more. In Rainbows A Moon Shaped Pool I think that's it actually. Kid A, Hail To The Thief, and Amnesiac are all right behind OK Computer.
Kid A and In Rainbows are clearly superior to me. It's neck and neck with Moon, so I'll put it at a tie for third. In context, I understand why it's hailed the way it is. The quantum leap forward from its predecessor; the variety of influences and originality; the meticulous sonics. But for me, it's a record that's slightly better on paper than in practice; there are several tracks I admire more than I enjoy in my bones, if that makes sense. Which is somewhat ironic, since I think a lot of people felt that way about Kid A, at least initially.
I figure that with all the recent hubbub surrounding the guys that I throw out a link most deem necessary for diehard listeners. These are the essential Radiohead bootlegs.
I'm holding out hope for more US dates. The King of Limbs tour was done in two legs. Leg 1 also started in the south and moved west, then they took a month off and toured the east coast. Both legs were announced separately too.
I've never gotten to see these guys live because I didn't start listening to them until 2013, but I would absolutely love to see them at least once, ideally in Philly
