I dunno i figured the digital downloads might have come with one - I didn't buy it I subscribe to apple music
Stanley Donwood discussed the artwork a month or two ago. Inside the artwork: Radiohead art collaborator Stanley Donwood talks 'In Rainbows' and LP9 What is your favourite Radiohead album, and album cover you have designed for them? Why? I’ve just had a think about this and I think it’s the one that no-one’s seen yet. It was made by the strong warm winds of southern France.
yeah I dunno why I feel this way but there's a part of me that's genuinely shocked they released something this good. again.
This is a gorgeous album. I am so happy, I cried a bit during my first listen but now I'm just taking it in and... wow. They've done it again! I love every track but Identikit, The Numbers, Present Tense and True Love Waits are just incredible
i agree with this. it seems a lot... brighter? or something? i cant really put my finger on it. just like a lot pop oriented maybe, than the rest of the record.
My expectations for this record were very low, and really I rarely listen to this band anymore...but holy fuck this is good. Reminded me of what I love about their post-OKC output. On first listen this seems to inhabit the same sonic and emotional spheres as Kid A.
I can't wait to listen to this today on my ride. I'm super excited with all the positive praise in this thread.
i actually wish there was more like burn the witch on here. this is great, but i loved that poppy orchestral direction. daydreaming makes me feel so many things though.
