This is more similar to Mister Lies' last album than I had originally expected. It's fucking beautiful, basically and I can't wait to smoke a huge bowl to this when I get back home from my business trip on thursday lol

 

I thought this would be stereogums album of the week and it didn't even make their list of albums coming out this week lol

This is pretty phenomenal

There is a synth(?) line in “Playgrounds” that reminds me of the synth lead in the Rainbow Road theme music on Mario Kart 64
