both new singles are so good. i already am digging this new album's direction more than interiors.

 

I'm glad they aren't making Slip part 2

 

after knowing MC and Slip so well for sooo many years, Interiors took some getting used to. These new singles are making the new album sound more like a bridge between the 90s stuff and Interiors, which I'm really excited about.

Interiors was good but was a little too close to Rival Schools for me. These new songs are awesome

 

Yeah it sounded more like a Walter project rather than specifically Quicksand.

walter using a crate practice amp on the album is absolute insanity but that’s why he’s the genius i guess

 

Loved that. Give me all the videos of a guitarist just taking about their equipment, and approach.

 

I’ve thought about doing something like that on YouTube but I don’t think anyone would actually care haha.

 

oh for sure. it’s more that those are extremely cheap and deemed to be shitty amps. not necessarily what you’d expect from a band with quicksand’s sound
