I was in the same boat in January, and then I listened to Songs For the Deaf and I jumped out of that boat real quick.
I think I like the alternate indie cover a bit more. But I do like the colors of the standard. Hmm...
I'm trying to think what the riff sounds like, I think either Goody Two Shoes by Adam Ant or Mambo No 5, but like it sounds like Mambo No 5 in a cool way
Song is groove city Separately, between this hype and the new Foo single and I went and revisited the Them Crooked Vultures album...what I'd give for another album.
This is great and I could honestly see this getting decent radio traction in the UK. Hopefully there's some faster/heavier moments too.
So glad the guy who did the artwork for ...Like Clockwork is also doing this. Also Jon Theodore finally on a full album.
Better late than never! If I had to rank their albums: 1. ...Like Clockwork 2. Lullabies to Paralyze 3. Songs for the Deaf 4. Rated R 5. Queens of the Stone Age 6. Era Vulgaris But you really can't go wrong with any of them.
