I feel that. I actually can’t sleep on my back for that reason. Too much dry mouth started to affect my gums, too, until I figured it out. I’ve been using my watch and a sleep app for the last month and I thought I used to be a deep sleeper but turns out I’m a very light sleeper and wake up all the time.

Dang I was just trying to dunk on my good friend and not anyone else, I am sorry!

 

What's the best way to say no without feeling bad? I hate having to constantly think of excuses for shit I don't want to do. What I really want to say is I don't want to do this because it sucks but that would probably ruin a friendship lol.
