I'm primarily a mouth breather because I couldn't breathe through my nose until I was about 6, due to the bridge of my nose not developing properly lol

Always funny when people use mouth breather as an insult because in my case you're making fun of a medical condition lol

 

It can really fuck with your quality of sleep apparently

Same actually haha I was in and out of the hospital a lot as a kid

I switch between the 2 now but for a WHILE I was only a mouth breather

 

My dude is a hard mouth breather but that’s cause his nose is crooked as hell so yeah makes sense lol I wouldn’t want him to try to only breathe thru his nose cause that sounds dangerous lmao

When I'm sitting down I switch between the two, but when walking or exercising I literally can't breathe through my nose or else I get winded lol

 

I am very annoyed by hearing that I'm privileged if I vote for us to NOT destroy the planet in November (I'm obviously privileged for a lot of reasons but that doesn't feel like 1)

I just think we have to do more than vote at this point and idk what

 

Yeah it does, I'm sure it's a thing you can test out really quickly but sounds like a bad idea if he has a messed up nose. I'm a little skeptical about the thing I bought but I read great reviews. I get a little congested randomly but i can breathe pretty easily through my nose.
