The only time I can see that being the case is if you're applying for a job where driving is part of the job. I used to run background checks for Uber and certain things like speeding tickets under a certain threshold we didn't report, but things like reckless driving we did.

Not for being a nanny though or any other job like that's wild

Only job in a small southern town hiring people my age with no degree for more than min wage, I made $11/hr. I fought for the extra $1, everybody else made $10.

Then the company got sold by the owners (to a massive bg check company) who pretended to cry to us all while they took half of the employees in another room and fired them. My ex was one of them lol

Basically the workers are always fxxcked, the owners cried all the way to the bank with their $$$$
