Thats so bizzare - ive had plenty of traffic violations in my past and never failed a background check. Can the employer dictate to the company the kind of things theyre looking for? Like did it get failed bc thats something the employer had listed as like a red flag? I cant fathom that.

I was totally honest and it worked in my favor. I decided if I tried to like skirt around it and not act nervous about it would be going totally against how I feel and I'd end up tripping over my words and not seeming genuine
