I really wish people would stop associating sugary meals with diabetes
That’s literally not how diabetes works and contributes to stigma against diabetics AND against fat people

Today I did 25 push ups (3 sets), 75 jumping jacks (3 sets), 40 sit ups (3 sets), went on a walk for an hour, cleaned my room, worked on my album, ate healthy (and vegetarian), applied to jobs, had an interview that went well, played at the park with my sisters... so now I can be a loser for the rest of the night!
