from what I gather: people who like to read a lot of books in a year have to carve out whatever time they have to do so in pretty much any situation. I have never done this and it seems pretentious as fuck and very "look at me" but yeah, that's what I got

 

Good for them for reading but I don’t get it and the last thing I can think of doing to unwind for a brief 15 mins is read. I want no brain stimulation

Lmfao I’d love to read a book during my break or whatever. Haven’t read one in forever. While I think some folk look pretentious, for me that’s just a reaction to the person specifically. Like of course Charles would be sat there with a book, what a smart artsy twat...what’s he trying to prove?! Fucker. But if I saw an introverted colleague do it I’d probably admire it.
