it's only bad if you consume a gallon of it a day for years and years. I do like fruit teas. Peach and raspberry especially.

 

I think tea in general can be tough on kidneys. coffee too.

yeah it could be wrong or overblown but depending on who you ask its a topic of conversation. I mean ask a general physician about it. I have anecdotal experience with it myself.

I think the people who are impacted by too much tea & coffee consumption are those individuals who drink those liquids as a substitute for water

I know people who get fucked up when they go back to drinking tea or coffee. I have also had urinary symptoms before personally.
