would be cool if he also would pledge the $20 billion needed to end homelessness in the USA but hey, he needs that cash to fund private space exploration or whatever dumb billionaire shit he's into these days

 

Agreed! I feel like he was only trying to clear his name for awhile doing this... Maybe he'll end up putting more money towards other things too if people keep calling him out for shit.

 

Bezos is worth $130 billion, he could put $129 billion of that money to work ending homelessness, fighting climate change, funding progressive politicians in elections around the country, etc. and still have more money than any one person could need in a single lifetime. Every day he wakes up and chooses not to do those things. So we should take the money and do those things ourselves.
