Yeah, both of my daughters were considered to have colic. This was back when we lived in an apartment and I’m sure our neighbors were not happy with us but there was literally no way to soothe them.

Yeah my sister had colic as a baby

 

I live in a townhome, and it’s kinda wild I hear my old ass boomer neighbors on one side more than the other ones with an infant on the other

 

We linked it to a tongue tie for our youngest but colic is basically a catch all term for “this baby won’t stop crying I’ve tried everything” lol

I cried constantly as a baby, but to be fair I still haven’t stopped.

Omg my sister just told me my nephew was choking for a really long time and she had to scoop the food out of his throat and then they were both crying hysterically. I want to get my whole family to take a CPR class now just in case

 

I got to where I'd stop being honest with people when they asked cuz they didn't want to hear how brutal things were going for be at that point in time haha

My nephew is over a year old and has literally never slept through the night once in his life. I think four or five hours is the longest, and that’s only been a few times. His sister was the same way. My brother and SIL have basically been without sleep for four years straight. One of many reasons why I never want children is because I know how quickly my mind and body fall apart when I’m exhausted and I would definitely not survive the first few months.

I found a pretty small amount of blood on my stool and I was later told that's relatively common and it's not a problem unless its altering/darkening the color of it but too late, in full freak out mode

 

Yeah that's where I've been for the past month, I'm starting to get better finally thankfully. I get really freaked out about medical stuff, so I get it
