I'm sorry. I thought esurance gave you a shitty policy. I'm with encompass and they're amazing fwiw.

 

They're kind of a shitty insurance but I wanted cheap coverage lol....got that for sure.

I'll look into that after this whole mess is over.

 

It took them forever to total my car last year and I was getting the runaround daily getting told different things, by the time they decided to finally total it my insurance didn't give me any heads up and told me I needed to return my rental car that day because they were going to stop paying for it so I had just a few hours to figure something out and plan on buying a new car that evening lol

 

technically wouldn't that make henry the cop and me the concerned citizen

I got a dime size crack on my windshield this fall, and I figured I’d call just to see if they would cover it. This literally went on for multiple days and every time the different department would be like “uhh you need to talk to this one”, I just got sick of the go around and paid for it myself. It wasn’t much to fill it, but I pay a decent amount of money a month for insurance I’d just want some clarification and communication please.

 

Hope @SlappinCups and @aliens exist have lovely days. The fight to 35 was too close to call and you both gave a valiant effort. Of course without the return of our prodigal poster none of this would have been possible in the first place.

 

State Farm, it was a whole shitshow of a situation because the lady who rear ended me was rear ended by this guy behind her so it was determined he was at fault for both of our cars but his insurance was so shitty they didn't have enough coverage so pay for either of our cars so we both had to go through our own, so I think my insurance was just like so pissed off they were paying for it? I've usually had an okay experience with them before and after that, that whole thing was just a mess.
