Esurance rep went out on friday for an initial inspection, wanted to go back after the hood and bumper came off. Apparently there was fluid from the transmission/engine leaking, I was told by the body shop he came back on Tuesday so I called esurance and they said he was apparently coming back today for a final assessment. Either way the guy at the shop says he would be concerned sending his daughter/niece back out with a car that was leaking, if they say to fix the car but these issues come down the line in a month or two I'd be liable

Either way it's taking too long to figure this out and the longer it takes, the longer I have a rental and am paying out of pocket which is already almost $500

When I first bought the car I went out on my own (with my dad). Esurance doesn't assign you your own broker so I assume I'd be on my own there

 

I could do Never Have I Ever smoked meth but I don't think we have too many people around here who have and the ones who have will probably just lie

I'm surprised your policy doesn't cover a rental in the event of an accident. I would do some shopping if I were you, after you're in your new car.

I denied that coverage to pay less for the insurance, my own fault really and I think I have learned my lesson there.
