But this is essentially the epiphany I had a few months ago that caused me to try and stop

BUT I will say I think there’s a lot to be said for putting ideas in people’s heads even if they resist them a lot at first. Additionally, other people reading who might not have an opinion either way could see the exchange and be swayed by it even if you don’t know because they don’t engage with it
Those two things are what drives me anyway
