Just refinanced our house and saved a lot of money. Great time for stuff like that.. but yeah... my heart goes out to investors

 

Yeah, it's rough to be in my line of work right now. It is a great time to refinance. Will probably be even better in a month or so. I'm considering refinancing then.

im wondering how much lower mortgage interest rates could possibly go down? They were already close to historic lows before this big hit. I have a soft lock on 3.75% for my house that will be built by summer time.
