I've mentioned it I think a little bit but I have had brutal sleep paralysis the past week. It has been debilitating. Being afraid to fall asleep is an awful thing and would be lingering in my mind all day. The scariest part about it is that there is very little science has discovered about it. Theres no medication for it and no clear cut reason for it although stress is linked to it and I would attribute it to that for me for obvious reasons. I've been changing sleep positions because certain positions make me more prone to it. Last night I just slept on my side like I usually do and thank god got a good nights rest for the first time in a week. I feel like it's over for the most part but fuck everything about it man.
