First album has catchier hooks, but second was a big step up in the songwriting department imo. Plus it contains What's Wrong, which is the band's best song by a mile.

 

Yeah, overall I think I do prefer the songwriting on the second album. Just amazing atmosphere and textures throughout.

 

Also, a new song “Nightmare” just leaked

 

Their second album is my favourite personally.

Team 2nd album. The first is too juvenile for me.

 

Oh damn, this new song slaps. Definitely my favorite of the ones they've released off this EP. That bassline is infectious and Lynn's delivery on "Now I'm a nightmare" is a punch to the gut & then she immediately pops off when she goes "fuck your California dreams". What a legend.

 

Gonna hold out until the EP drops. Also hoping that the album and EP are totally separate projects with no overlap in songs.

If I'm gonna have to pay $400 to see Halsey, I at least wish I could see PVRIS & Blackbear and have a lil emo party.

These aren't all arena shows, I can't see it being too expensive

 

Justin left the band, even though he wasn't technically a member. I really liked him so I'm sad that he's not drumming for them anymore. He really added to their live show.
