It absolutely comes across as insensitive. I don't know what message they're going for with the cover as I haven't heard the album yet. Is it Pusha doing the typical Pusha coke raps? That doesn't sit very well

Yea I kinda liked the imagery of it but was not really aware of the context, no wonder Kanye was the one to do it although Pusha isn't really without blame since he's ok with it

 

A little bit everything for pusha t pretty much just means coke raps, that's like all he's ever done anyway. Like he does it and does it well but I highly doubt this record lyrically will be any deeper than the typical themes of selling blow and selling more blow. I'll eat my words if it happens to be some grand statement on drug addiction and celebrity but, I'm not putting money on it.

 

That's fair, about what I'm expecting as well. He's done a few things outside coke but definitely primarily focused on that.

pusha gets this picture and nobody bats an eye. so messed up

 

the first verse on track 1 is awful but the beat is amazing

 

The album art is insensitive as hell, excited for the music but yeah the story behind that photo makes the use of it here pretty wack
