Anyway this was pretty good on first listen

 

I love tnght more than probably anyone on this website but that song has not aged well. The Nina Simone sample is akin to what he did here with the Whitney Houston pic.

 

I somewhat agree. It's incredible live though

 

the top songs on Yeezus are im in it, new slaves, and hold my liquor and I'm not sure how that would be debatable

Ok I'm a huge stan for I'm In It and that's probably my #1 from Yeezus so that's fair but man Blood on the Leaves is so good

 

I wouldn't have minded if they added the cut song to this and just made Meek/Infrared into one twopart song. would've beefed up the tracklist a bit without breaking Kanye's weird new 7 track rule (and the transition between the two is smooth anyway)

 

Yeah for Kanye standards this is his best verse in years, but that's not saying too much.

That New Kids on the Block line makes me cringe.

In how many years? Because Pablo was barely two years ago and he has far superior verses all over that album.

 

You think? Man, I thought the lyrics on Pablo were so bad it was like he wasn't even trying.

 

I think any verse that is preceded by a poop poop is worse than any other verse without it.

 

Yea the verse on here isnt something I'm going crazy about, he gets a few lines but I wouldn't really praise it as standout. It's fine.

 

Real friends, 30 hours, saint Pablo all had outstanding verses
