Hell yeah, What’s In My Head? is a great song.

 

listened in full twice now, this rocks

 

Idk if it’s the production or what but I keep finding myself thinking of joyce manor more than I ever have during a PUP album

 

Well that sounds awesome

 

I mean my brain is also broken so don’t get too excited lol

 

I’m really in love with the closer and wish it was a minute longer

 

the fuzz was why i didn't enjoy unraveling but i am enjoying this more on the first initial listen. but yeah they still could lay off the fuzz a little more imo.

 

Doing a discography run to properly rank. I'm almost positive there's no way the debut isn't still my favorite. Morbid Stuff has some of their best work, but also starts to fall apart for me in the second half.

 

The debut is fantastic. Revisited today for the first time in years

 

Just took this for a run and yeah I pretty much love it.

Hunger for Death is a top tier track

 

funny that's the only one that doesn't work for me, otherwise my fave since Morbid I feel like so far

 

Falling out of love reminds me so much of old weezer

 

early favorite here probably because of that lol

 

This somehow feels like both a back-to-basics album and a trying-new-stuff album

 

So in Weezer terms Pups White Album

 

Hunger For Death is a huge standout, this thing rips so far

 

Shut Up is their best closer

 

The production reminds me a little of Pinkerton, skronky but polished. I like the little touches like the added percussion on (iirc?) "cruel"

"Best Revenge" is a great track. Really like "Shut Up," too. Fun record. I think I lowered my expectations for this band to top themselves and enjoyed it a lot more.

 

Can't wait for some yard work to jam this, which is the only way I get to listen to full albums these days as a father of 2 under 4 lol. I'm gonna mow the shyt out of my lawn!
