I was not feeling the singles for the most part, but didn't say anything because I knew people wouldn't want to hear it (i.e. Turnstile). But as a whole, this album's very good. A great breakup album.

This is fun. Glad the indie vinyl is a cool, matchy design! Gonna pick it up in a bit.

Pretty good stuff. Didnt care for the first two tracks due to the guitars being a bit exhausting to my ears on headphones, but I'm liking the rest of the record for the most part.

Better than I thought it was gonna be for sure, didn't hit super hard yet but I definitely see this one growing on me

Love the songs, loathe some of the production choices -particularly the muddiness and overuse of fuzz on the guitars. Back half is less abrasive in that regard I will admit though. Hoping the songs will make me want to revisit this enough to look past the production.

  13. Love the fuzz tbh, pretty fitting for this band. Definitely reminds me of early Weezer.

It honestly doesn’t sound much fuzzier than The Dream Is Over with the exception of a song or two. I for sure thought the last one was too muddy at first but quickly came around to it. I wouldn’t hate another record as polished as Morbid Stuff but I really have no problems with how this one sounds.

I also really needed this album with everything I’m currently dealing with. Long live PUP.

I haven’t dug much from this band since The Dream is Over but halfway through this and my mind is being blown. Love it. Gotta revisit all the other stuff now!

This album fucking rocks, holy shit. As if there was ever a doubt - Pup cannot miss. I don’t know if I can pick a favorite on first listen, but Hallways really jumped out to me.

EDIT: LOL, seeing now that was a single. I did myself a huge favor going media blackout for this, I would have played that non stop the past 2 months. In that case, I would pick Needed To Hear It as a fav.

I know it’s kinda lame to pick the first single, but Paranoid is still my favorite here. That song just hits, especially live. Whole record is very good though

Some of the lyrics on Hallways really really hit home for me.

Didn't like the fuzz on the first two songs but I like vocals to be clearer generally. Enjoyed this.
