My big problem with it is I am not a fan of the production and mixing.

  2. Unraveling is good and I like it more than Who Will Look After the Dogs, which is probably the first PUP album I was whelmed by (but still enjoyed)

  3. "Matilda" is good and the music video stars noted Doughboy and Spoonman Mike Mitchell!!

First 3 albums are pretty much perfect and the last 2 are just fine.

It and Morbid Stuff are the only two that I think actually sound any good tbh haha

Ah man. Disagree. I love the crispness of everything on “The Dream Is Over.”

    D'oh! Prestigious

I've just read what Stefan said about The Unraveling tracks and I disagree with 90% of it hahah! I love this album, and some of the "regrets" here are simply my favorites - with Cutting Off the Corners I am really glad it is a PUP song. Relentless is one of my go-to songs off of this record. I can only agree that the interludes could have gone on the vinyl release as a fun surprise - I mean, I enjoyed it, laughed at it, and I don't think they're a bad idea at all! But at the same time I could skip them with my more frequent digital dips with not much regret

As a guy who very much thinks the idealized version of this band was on “Morbid Stuff,” this read made too much sense.

I don’t dislike this album at all but I rarely come back to it. Some of the highs are super high; I think Totally Fine is a top 5 song in their catalog.

The only part I disgreeed with was the part about Cutting Off the Corners. It’s a good song and it fits on the album!
