worst song here is Pine Point

 

I like pine point a lot. old wounds is fine but I don't love it

Old Wounds is an awesome B-side opener

 

my buddy forgot to get DC tickets and it sold out, sucks for him

 

Every song on this is rad, but if I had to chop one it'd be The Coast.

 

Old Wounds is a top 3 for me right now. I still need to spend more time with the record, though. I'd go with these as my top 3

I just can't stand the beginning of the Coast, rest of the song is great though.

Album is gonna contend for AOTY, two peas in a pod with the self titled. Basically everything is a favorite at this point. Really warmed up on ITTDKYTIW

 

Yeah I didn't like If This Tour at all but I really like it now. Whole album rules, I can't wait for the Cleveland show

 

I can't help comparing these guys with METZ (which I think do this better)

 

The Coast is great, I love that nastiness of that riff. My least favorite would probably be Familiar Patterns but I still love that song

 

I don't think they are that similar to compare like that. Funny you said that though. I went for a run this weekend and listened to both those bands. I think I enjoy PUP more but appreciate what METZ does more. Biased though cause it's my cousin's band.

 

tell yr cousin he has a killer band that at least one random guy over the www believes it easily trumps PUP

The Coast is my least favorite but I don't skip it or anything.

 

Anyone who likes this should listen to the Pkew Pkew Pkew record that's streaming. It's sillier but kind of the same vein of punk, they're one of the openers on this Pup tour.

finally got around to this.. it does not disappoint, loud and in your face aggressive pop punk. Excited to add this to my rotation

 

old wounds is great, exactly what I would want from this band

 

Still loving this album, still not a fan so much of The Coast but love Pine Point, especially the last minute of it.

 

Tangentially related but does anyone know when Single Mothers is gonna release anything new?

 

What a year, this record is awesome

 

Yeh just been absolutely rinsing this record since it's been out. No way this isn't going to be, at the very worst, top 3 of the year for me, at best top 2, because Menzingers

 

I love DVP, such a great punk song

 

Top 5 is going to be very hard for me this year with ETID and Menzingers (hopefully later in the year) and Touche Amore coming up
