Waiting / Kill Something, by PUP


Song are good but the production seems more lo-fi.

 

Listen to the songs in a car. They rip.

 

Waiting is great, not as much into kill something but PUP is 3 for 3 in full lengths for me so I might need more listens!

 

I think “Kill Something” is more my thing. More nuance, love the horns and the weird guitar tones. “Waiting” is heavy but still functions as a traditional PUP ripper (but still no diminishing returns, they find a way to make things interesting).

 

Love both songs.

 

Chicago show will likely be over by 9 hell yes

 

Warped Tour 2015 apparently... no proper headline show in Charlotte.

 

I love the song waiting but I cannot abide them using the word “sabbatical.” I don’t know why but it rubs me the wrong way
