Shit, when did those new UK dates get announced? Newcastle here I come!!

Slightly related, but I was thinking earlier - if I'm a huge fan of Pup but haven't really explored this genre, what other bands would people check out?

Haha I like it a lot, but I'm a relatively new fan. Can definitely see how different a lot of it is compared to their older, more raw stuff.

I respect PUP a lot for hitting Halifax, St. Johns, and Victoria when most bands ignore them completely.

The venue jump from Commonwealth to MacEwan Hall in Calgary is a massive leap. So proud of these guys.

 

FIDLAR can write a good melody but the lyrics on their new album are so, so bad

 

I wish they were hitting Milwaukee again, but I guess I can be fine with this because they just played here last summer.

 

I wish Illuminati Hotties were coming to Canada as well because I'd love to see 'em again but Charly Bliss are a great band too. There's no losing with PUP except by not seeing them.

 

I counted like 100 dates between now and November. Amazing for them. Sounds like just about the worst thing in the world to a guy like me though.

 

That's a slow year of touring for PUP haha. Plus they get a bus now.
