Wow this SZA album is fucking good

 

"Down to My Last Bad Habit" should have been on every best songs list.

 

every time I listen I can't help but think, how the fuck did you stuff so much sound in there? it's almost overwhelming at times

 

this Richard Dawson album is the best thing I've heard from any list, went for a walk and took the long way home because I didn't want to stop listening or lose focus.

 

I absolutely LOVE Songs for the Deaf, but kinda hated Lullabies.... is it worth me trying again?

 

Lullabies is a grower. I didn’t like it at first either. ...Like Clockwork is sooooo good, and Villians(newest album) is also great.

 

anything as.... poppy? unique? diverse? as Songs for the Deaf is?

 

New album is very poppy. Opening track and Head Like a Haunted House slap

Don’t listen to their newest (Villians) just yet. Like Clockwork is easily my favorite album and the most up your alley. Some poppier moments and the most diverse/unique in their discography

 

I had been hearing the name for a couple years but never checked them out. It's a fun sound, I love how sloppy his voice is. Do you listen to them? I've still only heard a couple songs.

 

It's such an all encompassing record. You can just get lost in it completely. Such a vivid world.

 

I liked their last record a lot more than this one, I’ve seen them live a couple times now, once with Jeff and AJJ and chumped, once with TFB. I always called camp cope a less punk version of them haha

 

Really nice to see The Weather Station at #4 on one of those lists.

 

I was left wanting to go back almost immediately, really loved it.
