That Noisey list is pretty amazing. Such a diverse and comprehensive survey of the year in music. Tons of my favorites on there (even if I think they put the wrong 03 Greedo project on the list - incredible to see him so high though)

That’s pretty cool that they sold the most vinyl at bonnaroo over all those huge name bands they draw

 

Natalie Prass! SO underrated

 

As usual, the American Songwriter list is the one that looks the most like my list. Lots of great records on there.

 

I will say: it is extremely bizarre that Lori McKenna didn't make the American Songwriter list.
