This is pretty firmly my AOTY and I don’t see anything changing that.

 

Right now this is top 1 or 2. But the new Gami record or new Barely March record (if it comes out in 2019) could top it.

 

Saw these guys supporting Oso Oso in Birmingham (UK) recently, and honestly, they were sooooo good.

I do wish they didn't have the worst band name in music though.

I told the people in the office their name cause someone asked who was playing, and when I said their name, legit everyone laughed. We spent quite a while trying to think of bands with worse names and there are very few.

 

Ain’t a bad name if it gets ppl talking imo, even if it’s about how bad it is

 

Will never forget the time I asked my friend to go to a Prince Daddy and the Hyena show and his response was “Is that one band, or three?”

 

Oso Oso is much worse than Pdaddy.

I don't understand the point in trashing band names, unless they are outright sexist/transphobic/racist band names. If the band is successful their name must be helping.

 

Most band names are pretty bad tbh

 

Bad name or not, there’s literally no other band with this name. That counts for something I guess. At least there won’t ever be any confusion.

 

You aren’t going to anything else but P Daddy when you search P daddy in google.
