This is seriously fucking amazing so far omg.

 

If anybody has gotten their vinyl preorder in, it’d be super dope if you could post some pics of the lyric sheet, I’d be forever grateful! Dying to listen again with lyrics and didn’t pull the trigger on a copy until today.

 

I haven't even made it all the way through yet and I had to buy it.

Cosmic Thrill Seeking Forever is a TREMENDOUS song

 

The second half of Klonopin feels like it was written just to be the background music to my day.

I want to put that song on repeat forever

I ran this back like 3 times in a row last night. It’s really too good.

 

It’s so crazy how many different places this album goes creatively while still remaining cohesive.

Every listen makes me like every song more.

This is like if when Jeff Rosenstock wrote Worry he tried to make an album that felt like Jesus of Suburbia/Homecoming instead of the punk Abbey Road

If that means anything lol either way this is really good!

 

Yeah this reminds me of the back half of worry in the best way possible. On SoundCloud I could barely tell when one song ended and another began because they blend together so well.

 

FOR REAL!! I'm so glad it's on streaming cause now I'm able to pick out all my favorites hahah

 

This album syncs perfectly with my drive every day. Act 1 is about 15 mins and fits perfectly on my drive to work in the morning. Act 2 is about 10 minutes and is perfect for walking out to lunch to get a coffee in the middle of my day. Act 3 is 15 minutes again and fits in my drive home.

Not sure if this is good or bad because it plays really well into the cyclical nature of the album, but like, the whole point of the cyclical nature of the album is that depression/mental health is cyclical and making every day the same for me by playing it in this way is probably not healthy lol.

 

I don’t know if I’m ever not going to listen to this album in exact order because of how much I listened to that stream.
