Getting good reviews out of Sundance

 

Do people consider Soderbergh an auteur? He’s one filmmaker I haven’t really seen movies of, but it always seems like he’s doing something interesting with the form

I’m at Sundance and was at the premiere on Friday. There weren’t any walk-outs I saw. It was a good movie. Pretty unique, and good ending.

 

I see that the Longlegs team is working on the marketing.

 

Trailer before The Substance was so sick. This looks like a creepy blast.

I'd like to see this as long as the reviews aren't that it's super scary but it doesn't seem so from early reactions. More of a drama with a supernatural element? Either way, I'm a sucker for unique shot films like 'one takes' etc so I think I'd like this for that aspect alone. I'll probably brave it...
