Preacher (AMC) TV Show

Reading book four now and I love it.

Sounds like the pilot was good.

 

Awesome. I haven't read any of the books, and honestly don't know much about the character, so I'm excited to go into the show with fresh eyes.

 

I'm debating on whether I should dive into the comics before the show is out. I think I have them all in digital form somewhere. I just always forget hah.

 

Haha I generally like to be surprised first by watching a show or movie (if there's an adaption), and then going back and read the source material after. Weird, I know!

 

I may read as I watch the show.

 

Less than 2 weeks away... let's get some hype going

 

Best part about this is that I don't have to look at the garbage art from the book to appreciate it.

 

Reviews for this are glowing. Holy shit.

 

I really want to read/enjoy preacher, but this is still my biggest hang up

 

Finished the comics a few weeks ago and loved it to death. So excited

 

Somewhat interested in this. I like Joseph Gilgun from Misfits

 

I'll definitely check it out, the greenscreening on that clip was pretty distracting though

The first 5 minutes of the pilot has been released by AMC.

 

That was great.

 

I'm getting really excited for this. Glad to see all the early positive reviews.

 

Show is off to a great start.

 

That airplane fight scene was incredible. Overall, such a great introduction to a character.

So yeah, first episode was superb. Pissed I have to wait two weeks for a new episode but I like where this show is going.

 

Good hell that was crazy and weird but I loved it.
