Yeah I really just think it's jpeg with a digital signature superimposed on it or something. Or at least that's what I would think that means.
I assume it's essentially like how you can write on snapchat photos. Like they are "signing" it, but digitally.
It appears as though they are just copy/pasting the signatures in random places and sending it to the followers LOL
