Yeah I'm pretty awful at benching. That's me doing a deadlift. By far the easiest thing to do in weightlifting.
I heard you complaining about not gaining mass earlier. I highly suggest you do workouts with a bar free weights then. I'm still pretty slim, and have no shame benching or squatting at a light weight.
I'll do bench exercises with dumb bell. Those are usually my go to. I'm like 99% sure it is all of my eating.
Its been fun learning olympic lifting. Never done it before last year. Not really something you can learn on your own though without royally injuring yourself.
