Thanks! Good! Been stuck at 25 lbs down the past week or so and been kinda half assing it, gotta really turn it back up. Buying new running shoes today and gonna start running more than just walking in the mornings.
It's the hardest part, staying motivated. So many times I've gone a month or so, then just fall off cause the commitment to not only eating well, but all the exercise gets so tiring. I just went through a terrible health related thing and lost just over 10lbs because of it (went from 165 to 155). Sometimes I'm like, shit, we'll that easy (although extremely painful).
Yeah it's been about 2 and a half months and I really feel like I have to start getting into the gym but realllllly loathe the gym, its the type of thing where I just need to force myself the first couple weeks until it starts to feel a part of my daily routine.
Intermittent fasting. Was calorie counting for a while and might have to go back to that. But yeah nothing insane but just making generally health decisions
