Success! Tried stand up paddle boarding with an old uni friend of mine yesterday. Was rather fun and I just about avoided falling in the river. It was close...

 

Drove 6 hours directly to the ocean and immediately got smacked by a wave upon exiting the car, life is good sometimes

@Dog with a Blog we drove to San Diego! Oceanside beach, specifically. Those are actually from like a week or so ago though, we’re home now and already talking about going back in a few weeks because we didn’t go for long enough lol

Drinkin some pickle flavored beer at the state fair

10/10 would recommend

 

Never been to the MN state fair but the WI state fair is extremely dope.

 

i was too scared to try that Dill beer and got the Uffda instead, but the lingonberries just got in the way.

 

Pickle beer actually sounds awesome

 

My work makes a cucumber beer and it’s disgusting. I cannot imagine how much I’d hate a pickle beer.

ive never been to the wisconsin state fair and i was born/raised there, definitely need to go at some point. haha

 

I've never been to a fair. They seem like they would have large amounts of people and unfortunate parking situations

 

The Fresno fair is next month and I'm excited because I'm trying to get the co-workers to go with me instead of finding a date.

I haven't been in so long and my craving for funnel cake is back.

 

I've been to carnivals but never a state fair which seems different because like it's way bigger and Smash Mouth or whoever is playing

 

The San Diego county fair is whack. Cheaper to go to Disneyland tbh.
