Enjoy Eternal Bliss (3 or 4 tracks version) is also my favorite post rock album and in my top 5 of all time.

This album is perfect from start to finish.

 

I had a digital copy of the 3 track version for the longest time, and when I got the 4 track version I couldn't stand Starlit Beaches. It's not a bad song, but compared to the other three it's sub-par.

 

I wished they put Starlight Beaches at the track n°4...

 

I had NO clue the Mercury Program put out a new LP what the hell??

 

New sleepmakeswaves album out 24th March. Loved everything they've done to date.

Discovered this band today, Matthew Cooper of Eluvium and Mark Smith of EITS. A little on the ambient side but still really beautiful and sweeping

Holy goddamn tits this is outstanding. Very very piano-laden, but still huge and cinematic and kinda sludgy/drone-y/post-metal-y in places.

 

Pretty excited for new Mogwai

Mogwai turned up at Primavera, played their new album from start to finish and then went home - Loud And Quiet

Great rec. Listened to the album today and felt it reminded me of older Mogwai, yet still maintained an original sound

 

My boyfriend really likes this genre, but I do not find it particularly interesting.
