Yes. I'm adding the album to apple music now to give it a listen. I try to avoid listening solely on youtube.
That's where I've been listening to it as well ha. It's an interesting sound, a little poppier than I normally go for but clearly talented band. Our fathers recommended them on Twitter that's how I found them lol
I've seen this name so many times but never listened, and now I'm kicking myself. Awesome song, gorgeous video. Anyone else so into the soundscapes disc from 65's No Man's Sky OST? I can't play the game but I feel like this has wholly satisfied my need to haha. EDIT: After reading the last few pages, I notice no one is talking about that album at all in here yet, I think it's pretty great overall honestly.
I was surprised no mentions of Sleepmakeswaves. I thought they wet big in the post rock scene. But I've only been into it since last year. No joke, bit lame but from hearing Jonsi songs in How To Train your Dragon 2
Wow. That is a good teaser. Very good quality video IMHO. Many clips are showing bands playing, but this one is very well done, pro work. BTW, I've just listened to their album which I find excellent. TY for that.
Agree with that. For me, vocal is like a music instrument, especially for postrock. So it has to be very special for me to appreciate it (Sigur Ros being an example - BTW I find it odd that SR is considered as a postrock band).
Whoa. I will definitely check this out. Thanks. I like the idea of post rock probably more than any other genre. Ive always been selective with it but especially lately I've been bored af with the majority of the genres recent output
