So what are everybody's favorite releases this year? So far I have Coldbones, Coastlands, Carved Into the Sun, Caspian, and Hope the flowers at the top of my list. Post rock from Australia with a ton of ambience and some shoegaze peppered in. Video is great and fits the bands sound. The full album is available November 30th but it’s on WherePostRockDwells YouTube channel.
Beautiful new single from A Sudden Burst of Colour, yet again with no album in sight. Second half of this double A-side comes out December 11th.

Liverpool bruisers Alpha Male Tea Party return TOMORROW with new album Infinity Stare, their fourth LP. Vinyl follows on March 5th 2021 and the single is BIG.
Not post-rock, but if Whale Fall and Fox Capture Plan (who also have a new album btw) get a warm reception in here, then here's some piano/sax-laden jazz:
I searched for one but forgot to search by title and when the first 6 results weren't a jazz thread I gave up and came here.
