Dropped this in the metal thread, but if you want 20 minutes of ambient, drone-y, fuzzed-out guitar/feedback/noise, this is your jam:

 

One of the best Post albums I've heard this year.

Did anyone ever listen to these guys? I've owned this album for 11 years now, but it has finally clicked with me after randomly popping it on today.

 

Any hear any news on the rumored Four Trees repress?

 

Wow, haven't thought of that band in a long time. May need to revisit this.

 

The back catalog stuff is getting pressed right now, but won’t be up until it’s in DO’s hands.

 

Same! The only song I would have said I was massively familiar with was Checksum, and I randomly thought of it and fancied hearing it. I think I listened to the whole album more than 10 times on repeat while working that day and I'm hooked now. Funny how repetition can help you learn to love an album.

 

We're living in the golden age of post rock aren't we? There are so many good albums out this year that I can't even keep up.
