New American Dollar album. Though this album in particular isn't post-rock, and I'm also violently disappointed by it, they've built up enough goodwill that I'm happy to post it anyway.

I'd punch a homeless man for Atlas 2.0. Maybe the next one will be it.

Well shit, this is awesome.

 

New ambient-style album from aswekeepsearching, who I've recently come to consider one of the absolute best bands in the genre.

So yeah We Lost the Sea are amazing

 

Great band. Just started listening to them a few weeks ago. Departure Songs is incredible.

 

Yeah that’s the one I was jamming today. The challenger songs are real heavy

Between this, Coldbones (which is MASSIVE and an obvious recommendation for fans of the likes of Pelican, ITTCT or Caspian's heavier stuff) and Vasudeva last week, April is a pretty damn good month for the genre :)

 

That Coldbones RIYL really peaked my interest
