i guess this is the closest thing to DIY thread we have here but what's up friends this is me, not really any one genre :)

After hearing the new Kaputt single I went back to their 2019 LP and have been listening a lot, six piece from Glasgow with horns and shit. Really great stuff:

What is the difference between this and the Post Punk thread?

 

This felt so much longer than it is. I really wanted to like this...

 

Anika is back with her first solo single in 8 years!

 

I think at the time of making this I had forgotten about the other thread, but I also wanted to throw “DIY” in because at the time, that was used kinda interchangeably with smaller, weirder punk/rock/indie stuff. The goal was to have a thread mainly for post-punk but also adjacent music that didn’t really belong in other established threads if that makes sense

This is pretty good! Although, I think Shame does this sound better. Will come back to this for sure.
